Location: Malta

Basis: Full time

Remuneration:  Salary & Benefits

Main Duties:

• NAV reviews and preparation (where necessary)
• Assist with any client queries related to the NAV calculation
• Liaise with external service providers (investment managers/advisors, auditors, custodians, payment banks) in a professional manner
• Assist in the year-end audit and preparing annual financial statements.
• Handle of payments/transfers of fund expenses
• Deal with auditors and ensure customer satisfaction and delivery
• Train, assist and support a team of Fund Accountants

What skills do you need?

• In possession of a degree in Accountancy or the ACCA qualification, or a degree in Banking & Finance
• A minimum of 2-4 years experience in the area of fund administration
• Experience on PFS-Paxus will be considered an asset (accounting software)
• Detailed knowledge of financial instruments
• Able to work accurately to tight deadlines
• Excellent administrative and business support skills, able to multi-task and work calmly under pressure
• Demonstrate the initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite, including Word and Excel

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
