Job Description

The ISM Functional Leader – Data Management is accountable for defining and governing the enterprise data strategy across the Integrated Services Management (ISM) digital transformation program, ensuring trusted master data, seamless migration, and uninterrupted operational and financial continuity.

This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of data across transformation—from master data definition and governance to conversion, validation, and post-go-live continuity. Partnering closely with Regional Operations, Finance, IT, and Data & Analytics, the leader ensures that data is not just migrated, but fit for execution, reporting, and decision-making in the future state.

The role also drives the foundation for AI-enabled operations, ensuring high-quality, well-governed data fuels next-generation capabilities.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Master Data Strategy & Ownership for OTR Define and own the global master data strategy for OTR, including customers (external and intercompany), vendors, and reference hierarchies Establish data standards, governance frameworks, golden record definitions, and lifecycle management aligned with Salesforce and ERP platforms. Own the definition, setup, and lifecycle management of intercompany structures between GTM and OFS entities (including FieldCore and OSS). This includes annual contract updates, billing configurations, pricing structures, and alignment of master data required to enable accurate intercompany transactions. Ensure seamless integration with ERP and Salesforce to support compliant billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
  • Data Conversion & Migration Leadership Lead end-to-end data conversion as a business function—not just a technical activity. Partner with regions to drive data assessment, profiling, cleansing, and enrichment. Own object mapping from legacy systems to Salesforce and downstream platforms, ensuring decisions support operational continuity, auditability, and reporting integrity—including ERP transformations such as legal entity simplification.
  • Data Continuity & Analytics Impact Management: Own the preservation of operational and financial KPI continuity across the transformation. Assess impacts to Data Lake sources of truth (SOTs), define mapping and lineage, and establish reconciliation frameworks. Ensure KPIs remain comparable, explainable, and trusted before, during, and after cutover.
  • AI & Agentforce Enablement: Lead initial AI/Agentforce use cases focused on operational decision support, workflow intelligence, and exception management. Establish a structured pilot framework with clear success metrics, feedback loops, and adoption tracking. Quantify outcomes to inform a scalable enterprise AI roadmap grounded in business value.
  • Transformation Delivery Partnership Serve as the single functional authority for data across ISM. Partner with IT to co-own data architecture, validate design decisions, and ensure data readiness gates are met prior to build, testing, and cutover.
  • Change Leadership & Governance Lead change management to embed data discipline as part of daily operations.
  • People & Capability Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing data function, including direct staff and contractors, with clear accountability, governance, and escalation paths. Establish strong performance management, coaching, and development practices to grow both internal and extended teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 10+ additional years of experience in cross functional operations supporting IT projects with data Conversion, MDM.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading Master Data Management (MDM) and data conversion for large-scale ERP or Salesforce transformations.
  • Strong functional understanding of customer, intercompany, and vendor data domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Data Lake / Analytics teams to preserve KPI continuity during system transitions.
  • Ability to engage deeply with data, processes, and technology to identify practical, value-driven AI use cases within Salesforce enterprise.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
