Job Description

The Senior Functional Leader – Master Data Management is accountable for defining, governing, and ensuring readiness of master data and intercompany commercial structures across the ISM transformation.

This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of master data—from Inquiry to Order (ITO) handover through Order to Remittance (OTR) execution—ensuring data is accurate, complete, and available at the right time to enable order booking, planning, and execution without delays. The leader eliminates non-value-added work and wait-time for frontline teams by establishing a proactive, system-driven data readiness model.

In addition, the role ensures robust governance of intercompany billing, contracts, and pricing structures between (Inquire to Order & Order to Remittance) ITR and One Field Service (OFS) entities (including FieldCore and OSS), enabling compliant and accurate financial transactions.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Master Data Ownership & Governance: Own global master data domains including Install base, customers (external and intercompany) subscription to downstream, vendors with compliant Transfer Price (TP) setup, and reference hierarchies. Establish standards, golden records, and lifecycle management aligned with Salesforce and ERP systems.
  • Data Readiness Across ITO → OTR Own and operationalize a data readiness framework that ensures all required master data is complete and validated prior to order booking and planning. Shift from reactive validation to proactive data availability, reducing frontline delays and manual interventions.
  • Intercompany Commercial Data Management: Own the setup and lifecycle management of intercompany structures between ITR and OFS (including FieldCore and OSS). Ensure annual contract updates, billing configurations, and pricing structures are accurate, compliant, and fully integrated within ERP and Salesforce.
  • Process Simplification & NVA Reduction: Eliminate non-value-added activities related to master data creation, correction, and reconciliation. Standardize processes to reduce manual effort and improve cycle time for order initiation and planning.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment
    Partner with Commercial, Finance, Regional Ops, and IT to ensure master data and intercompany structures align with business needs, financial requirements, and system capabilities.
  • Governance & Quality Management Establish data governance forums, stewardship models, and quality metrics to ensure sustained data accuracy and ownership across regions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 7+ additional years of experience in cross functional operations supporting IT projects leading Data Conversion, MDM.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading Master Data Management (MDM) and data conversion for large-scale ERP or Salesforce transformations.
  • Strong functional understanding of customer, intercompany, and vendor data domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Data Lake / Analytics teams to preserve KPI continuity during system transitions.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
