Position: Senior Functional Consultant EAM

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Functional Consultant EAM to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional expertise and support for our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, ensuring its efficient and effective use across all departments and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the EAM system, providing functional support and guidance to users at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support to ensure proper utilization of the EAM system.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure system availability, security, and data integrity.
- Stay current with industry best practices and advancements in EAM technology, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in EAM systems.
- Extensive knowledge of EAM systems, such as IBM Maximo, SAP, or Oracle EAM.
- Proven experience in system implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
