As a Senior
Functional Consultant – F&O, you
will:

• 
  Design and develop business solutions for the
  operation module based on the client’s requirements, ensuring effective and
  optimized workflows.
• 
  Show the configured and customized product to
  customers, ensuring it meets their expectations and business goals.
• 
  Provide training sessions to end users, ensuring
  they understand how to use D365 F&O features effectively.
• 
  Create functional documentation that accurately
  captures requirements and configurations, and reviews technical documentation
  prepared by technical consultants.
• 
  Take responsibility for the delivery and
  execution of project tasks aimed at implementing D365 F&O solutions,
  ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
• 
  Assist the sales team with proposal creation,
  demos, and support in pre-sales activities to align the product with customer
  needs.
• 
  Mentor junior resources, offering guidance and
  support for completing their tasks while enhancing team knowledge and
  performance.
• 
  Support project managers with tasks such as
  interviews and other organizational initiatives, contributing to team success
  and project efficiency.

Requirements

• 
  Minimum 5+ years of experience with D365 F&O
  implementation.
• 
  Expertise in D365 Finance module, understanding
  core financial processes like accounts payable, accounts receivable, general
  ledger, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• 
  In-depth knowledge of D365 SCM, including
  inventory management, procurement, production, and logistics processes.
• 
  Experience in using Power Automate to design and
  implement workflow automations within the D365 F&O ecosystem.
• 
  Proficiency in Power BI for building reports,
  dashboards, and data visualizations to help business users make informed
  decisions based on real-time data.
• 
  Proven track record of implementing D365 F&O
  solutions, ideally with 2 or more full-cycle implementations.
• 
  Familiarity with Copilot, AI, and other new
  features and capabilities in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, ensuring
  that the solutions are future-proof.
• 
  Certification in D365 Finance or related D365
  F&O modules is an added advantage.
