Why Your Role Matters:
The Senior Functional Business Analyst, People & Culture Systems is a senior specialist responsible for partnering with People & Culture, UNSW IT and external vendors to deliver functional HR technology solutions that support the University's people strategy.
As the functional subject matter expert for PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM), you will lead the analysis, configuration and enhancement of People & Culture systems. With a strong focus on PeopleSoft Time & Labour Rules Writer and Global Payroll, you'll help deliver system improvements, support legislative and enterprise agreement compliance, and contribute to strategic HR technology initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

You are an experienced HRIS functional specialist with strong business analysis skills and expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, Time and Labour, Global Payroll modules. You are self-driven and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to improve business processes, solve complex system challenges and deliver practical technology solutions in a large, complex organisation.
