At KCI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations is the backbone of how projects are planned, executed, and delivered across the firm. As the organization continues to grow, KCI is investing in stronger functional ownership of this platform to better support project managers, delivery teams, and leadership with scalable workflows, reliable data, and consistent delivery practices. The Enterprise Technology organization partners closely with the business to evolve Project Operations from a system of record into a strategic enabler of project execution.
The Senior Functional Analyst – Project Operations is a newly created role for an experienced Project Manager or delivery leader who wants to expand their impact beyond managing individual projects and help shape how project delivery works at scale. In this role, you serve as the functional owner of Project Operations, working directly with Project Managers, Principals, Operations leadership, and the PMO to identify pain points, design better workflows, and guide enhancements from concept through implementation. Rather than owning a project portfolio, you’ll use your delivery expertise to influence standards, improve adoption, and partner with technical teams to turn real-world PM needs into lasting platform capabilities that elevate how projects are delivered across the firm.
