Your tasks:
In a cross-functional team, you support the further development of risk management systems and their components. As the interface between the IT development department and the specialist departments, you act as a "competence center" with regard to the risk systems / risk modules to be managed. You are involved in the definition and conception of the implementation of requirements and coordinate the corresponding implementation steps. You will also support the product owner in the prioritization and further development of risk systems and agile methods and carry out user acceptance tests / feature tests in cooperation with the specialist departments. By doing so, you will get a lot back from your team. After all, we value the exchange of ideas, being there for each other and encouraging each other to be their best. Your skills:

  • Completed studies as (business) computer scientist (f/m/d), (business) engineer (f/m/d), (business) mathematician (f/m/d) or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in the required range of tasks
  • Current knowledge in dealing with complex data and in the implementation of complex algorithms
  • Knowledge of the database environment and/or statistics programs (SAS, R, SQL) / Python
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Reporting Tools
  • Experience in the energy industry or financial mathematics/risk management is a benefit, as well as project management skills
  • Enjoys the implementation of complex financial-mathematical issues
  • Agile mindset and hands-on-mentality
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
