In this role, you'll:
Work as a Senior Functional Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in relation to enhancing HR processes and systems (all project based). You will provide functional leadership, offering crucial guidance and testing, and ensuring the adoption of best practices within your area of expertise.
You’ll design functional solutions, performing in-depth analysis, presenting tailored options that best meet company requirements. This role requires you to be a proactive problem solver, with a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, aligned with thorough research activities. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll translate functional and technical details into clear and actionable user stories, with defined acceptance criteria.
This role reports into the Senior Solution Architect (HR).

This is a fixed-term flexible hybrid role (6 month fixed-term opportunity). Please note, 50% of your time will be office based, with 25% of that time based from our office at Macquarie Park. Salary & Grading – $ 158,393.00 - $177,399.00 + super/Grade 9.
