Join Keystone Solutions as a Senior Functional Analyst / Solution Designer on a consultancy mission with our client. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will act as a trusted partner for business stakeholders by conducting studies autonomously and designing pragmatic, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions. The role combines business analysis, functional analysis, and solution design to bridge business and IT teams while ensuring feasibility, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise architecture. This position is full time, with a hybrid model (3 days per week at the office) in Brussels (Arts-Loi), executed under Keystone Solutions' consultancy framework at the client site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, issues, and objectives.
• Challenge requirements to ensure relevance, clarity, and value generation.

• Conduct end-to-end studies independently from problem framing to solution proposal.
• Analyze impacts across processes, systems, and organization.

• Promote reuse of existing solutions and standard platforms before proposing new developments.
