You’ll join a tight-knit, VC-backed B2B startup—calm but ambitious—where your ideas shape both product and culture. Partner with designers, AI engineers, and product leads to architect and build features end-to-end, using TypeScript, React, and our GraphQL API. You’ll tackle complex UI challenges, optimize for performance, and define standards that keep our codebase healthy at scale.

Tasks

Product Development

• Own the end-to-end delivery of new features and improvements in our web application, shaping everything from technical design to production release.
• Write both client side and server side TypeScript code within our well established codebases

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work alongside designers to shape user flows, evaluate feasibility, and improve interfaces and user experience.
• Partner with AI engineers to bring cutting-edge research and prototypes into production-ready features.
• Contribute your perspective to product discussions, helping set direction with both technical and user impact in mind.

Code Quality and Technical Excellence

• Continuously optimize the application for speed, responsiveness, and maintainability where needed.
• Set and uphold high standards for code quality, architecture, and best practices within the team.
• Proactively identify and solve technical challenges before they become blockers.
• Design and maintain robust automated tests to ensure reliability and quality at scale.
• Select and configure tooling that improves developer experience and keeps our CI/CD pipeline efficient.

Knowledge Sharing

• Share your expertise through code reviews, mentoring, and documentation, helping others level up and ensuring our knowledge grows as the team grows.

Requirements

• You bring 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally building complex products in dynamic environments.
• You hold a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• You are deeply proficient in TypeScript, including advanced type-level programming.
• You have a good understanding of the following components of Fullstack Development: View framework (React or similar), HTTP APIs (GraphQL/REST), server side TypeScript (Node.js), relational databases (Postgres or similar)
• Ideally you excell in a specific part or area of fullstack development that allows you to help others with especially challenging aspects of it
• You embrace AI tools in your workflow and are driven to master emerging technologies.
• You’re curious about adjacent fields like Design, Product Management, DevOps, and AI Engineering.
• You champion code quality and drive best practices across the team.
• You thrive in fast-moving environments, seeking opportunities to learn, grow, and both give and receive feedback.
