About the project

An AI-powered virtual scribe solution that helps healthcare providers efficiently document patient care and sync data with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

Our mobile platform streamlines workflows, enabling doctors to focus on patient care while ensuring seamless EHR integration.

With us, you will work at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and engineering, building new products, features, and architectures with full autonomy. You will be responsible for exploring emerging technologies, iterating on prototypes, and driving new initiatives from 0 to 1.

• Identify, research, and prototype cutting-edge AI and engineering solutions to improve our platform.
• Build proof-of-concepts and MVPs quickly, validating feasibility before scaling.
• Experiment with new frameworks, languages, and cloud architectures to stay ahead of the curve.

Full Stack Engineering Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable full-stack applications.

• Work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure with a tech- agnostic mindset.
• Ensure high-performance, secure, and resilient applications, even under rapid iteration cycles.
• Own entire features from ideation to deployment in a highly autonomous environment.

Startup Mindset &Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Move fast while balancing short-term agility with long-term scalability
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, product, and business teams to align technical innovations with company goals.
• Break down complex problems, make quick decisions, and drive execution without bureaucratic bottlenecks. Qualifications
• Minimum of 5+ years of full-stack development experience, across multiple languages and frameworks.
• Strong backend experience with C# (.NET) or Javascript and Node.js, or Python
• Deep frontend knowledge in React, Vue, or Svelte with modern UI/UX best practices.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices

Experience with startups, side projects, or entrepreneurship, demonstrating ability to ship fast with limited resources.

• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of learning new technologies quickly.
• Ability to work autonomously, making critical decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Skills

• Prior entrepreneurship experience
• Prior experience in health tech, EHR integrations, AI, or machine learning.
• Exposure to serverless computing, edge AI, or emerging cloud-native architectures.
