What You Will Do
- Design, build, and maintain full stack features that enhance AI-driven decision-making capabilities within the platform.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and data engineering teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive, scalable user experiences.
- Contribute to the architecture and evolution of systems that process and act on large volumes of customer data in real time.
- Develop and iterate on frontend interfaces that make sophisticated AI functionality accessible to non-technical users.
- Build robust backend services and APIs that integrate with data warehouses and downstream marketing and operational tools.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and reliability issues across the stack.
Ideal Candidate Background
- Proven experience as a full stack engineer, demonstrating strong skills in both frontend and backend development.
- Comfortable working across the entire stack, from database queries to polished user interfaces.
- Experience building and integrating APIs and services that interact with large-scale data systems.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, scalability considerations, and production engineering practices.
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
Preferred
- Experience working on AI, machine learning, or data-intensive product features.
- Familiarity with data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Background in building platforms or tools for marketing technology, data integration, or analytics.
