Senior Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong focus on Backend development and a minimum of 5 years of experience You will be working with cutting-edge tools and technologies in an international work environment, bridging the gap between sophisticated backend services and modern user interfaces.

Your Profile:

• You are an experienced, passionate, and enthusiastic senior developer with deep know-how in Java 11-21 and Spring Boot.

• You love elegant and highly effective code and prefer to find easy solutions for complex problems across the entire stack.

• You are familiar with the architectural needs of highly available, performant, and scalable web services.

• Virtual Threads, Reactive Programming experience is a plus

• You know how MongoDB and Cassandra work and have fun becoming a proper expert in NoSQL environments.

• You possess a solid understanding of modern frontend development, specifically with Vue.js, TypeScript, and state management using Pinia

• You have a keen eye for UI presentation and a solid understanding of UX principles using frameworks like Vuetify or Bootstrap.

• You have experience in TDD (Unit testing with JUnit for Backend, Jest/Vitest for UI) and are ready to share this knowledge with your teammates.

• You are familiar with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.

• You like to work in a team and are willing to drive it to success through clear communication and mentorship.

• You have experience in agile software development (e.g., Scrum or Kanban) and are open to leveraging AI tools (such as Claude Code) to improve quality and efficiency.

Your challenge: 

Together with a team of highly qualified and dedicated developers, you will realize and implement complex projects primarily using Java 11-21. While your main focus will be architecting robust backend services, you will also take responsibility for the Frontend (Vue.js), building SPA applications that interact seamlessly with your REST APIs.

You will participate actively in our conceptual and agile development process, taking ownership of high code quality and the "in-time and bug-free" completion of software projects. This includes addressing tech debt in older projects while ensuring new features utilize current web standards and the latest technologies.

Job Nature: Mon–Fri (Hybrid)

Work Time: 9am-6pm (Dhaka Time), Flexible
