What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Build high-performance, reliable systems used in production
• Develop frontend features using modern frameworks
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and international teams
• Take ownership of systems from development to deployment
• Improve system performance, scalability, and code quality
• Contribute to engineering best practices and mentor team members

What We're Looking For

Backend

• 3–7+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong experience in Golang (or Node.js / Java with willingness to learn Go)
• Solid understanding of clean architecture and scalable system design
• Experience building high-performance production systems

Frontend

• Experience with ReactJS and/or VueJS
• Knowledge of state management, performance optimization, and component design
• Ability to deliver end-to-end features

API & Architecture

• Experience designing REST APIs and/or gRPC services
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture
• Good understanding of system trade-offs (performance, scalability, complexity)

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Experience with Docker in production
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP) and monitoring tools

Leadership & Ownership

• Strong ownership mindset (end-to-end delivery)
• Experience mentoring or reviewing code
• Passion for improving team productivity and engineering standards

Nice to Have

• Experience with Protobuf / gRPC
• Experience in payment or financial systems
• Experience with legacy system migration
• GitHub portfolio or public projects

Language Requirement

• Intermediate English (able to read documentation and communicate with international teams)
