What You Will Do
- Design and implement scalable web applications using Python, Django, and React.
- Develop and maintain robust APIs with GraphQL to support seamless data integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance and reliability using AWS and ElasticSearch.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of the overall system, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Utilize Langchain to enhance AI capabilities within the applications.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a collaborative learning environment.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 8–12 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in Python, Django, React, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with AWS and cloud-based application deployment.
- Familiarity with GraphQL and ElasticSearch for data management.
- Proven track record of building and scaling web applications in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience with AI technologies and frameworks, particularly Langchain.
- Previous work in a startup or venture-backed company with a focus on B2B solutions.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and tools.
Compensation and Benefits
