About the Team & Systems

Our team builds thecorelogisticsplatformthat powers:

• High-volume order processing and real-time tracking

• Intelligent routing and dispatch systems (AI-assisted)

• Warehouse and sorting integrations

• Cross-border and multi-region delivery orchestration

• Open APIs for partners, 3PLs, and e-commerce platforms

Weoperatein ahigh-concurrency, data-intensive environment, where systems must handle:

• Millions of parcel events and status updates

• Real-time decision making (routing, assignment, optimization)

• Distributed services across multiple regions

About the Role

We are hiring aSenior Full Stack Software Developerto contribute to the design and development of our core systems.

This role is ideal for engineers who have strong hands-on skills and a growing architectural mindset, and who are comfortable working in complex, high-scale environments.

WhatYou’llDo

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor)to improve development efficiency and code quality

• Design and develop backend services usingPHP (Laravel preferred)

• Build andmaintainfrontend features usingReact

• Contribute tosystem design and architectural decisionswithin your domain

• Optimizesystems forhigh concurrency and large-scale data processing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features

• Integrate with internal and external APIs andlogisticspartners

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

• ~10 years of software development experience

• StrongproficiencyinPHP (Laravel or similar frameworks)

• Solid experience withReact or modern frontend frameworks

• Experience building systems withmoderate to high concurrency

• Good understanding ofsystem design and backend architecture principles

• Experience withMySQL/PostgreSQL, including query optimization

• Familiarity withRedis, caching, and message queues

• Experience withcloud platforms(AWS / GCP /AliCloudis a plus)

• Familiarity withDocker, CI/CD, and Linux environments

• Experience usingAI tools to improve development productivity

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Candidates must be based in thePacific Time Zone (PST)
