With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months. And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What you will bring π€
β’ Strong experience as Full Stack developer working with Node.js and Angular +18, prioritizing backend development
β’ Deep knowledge of SOLID, DDD, design patterns and architecture styles such as hexagonal architecture
β’ Experience with microservices and event-driven systems using tools like Kafka or similar
β’ Strong experience with Node.js ecosystems, ideally Nest.js
β’ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring quality standards and testing strategies
You will be responsible fordeveloping and evolving full stack solutions across frontend and backend in a large-scale environment. Driving best practices in code quality testing strategies and system design. Contributing to architectural decisions and solving complex technical challenges using established patterns and principles. Collaborating with teams to ensure alignment across microservices event-driven systems and cloud environments.
