Role Overview
The Client is seeking a
Senior Full-Stack .NET Product
Engineering Lead
to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-scale
software products built on the Microsoft technology stack.
This role requires a
very strong senior engineer
who
can operate either as a
hands-on individual contributor
or evolve into a
technical manager / architect
, supporting the growth of The Client’
Delivery Center in Bogotá.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in
large
enterprise environments
, strong communication skills, and the maturity to
work directly with senior IT leadership.
Key
Responsibilities
Product Design &
Architecture
Lead
the design and architecture of complex enterprise products within the .NET
ecosystem.
Translate
business and functional requirements into scalable, maintainable technical
solutions.
Define
technical roadmaps, system integrations, and architectural standards
aligned with The Client’ enterprise IT guidelines.
Full-Stack Software Development
Design
and develop high-quality solutions using:
C#,
.NET Framework / .NET Core
WinForms
Web
APIs / REST services
Angular,
TypeScript, HTML, CSS
SQL
Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance optimization)
Build
and maintain service-oriented architectures (SOA) and API-driven
integrations.
Ensure
performance, scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability of
applications.
Technical Leadership (IC or
Manager Track)
Act as
a technical reference for the team, providing hands-on guidance and
mentoring.
Conduct
code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
Support
technical decision-making, risk identification, and delivery planning.
Collaborate
with architects, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders across regions.
Demonstrate
leadership behaviors aligned with a
future
Tech Manager / Architect role.
Enterprise Delivery & SDLC
Execution
Operate
within enterprise SDLC frameworks, covering design, development, testing,
deployment, and operations.
Ensure
compliance with governance, security, documentation, and audit
requirements.
Actively
participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum / Kanban).
Collaborate
with QA teams to ensure high-quality, production-ready releases.
Communication &
Collaboration
Communicate
complex technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
Produce
architecture documents, design specifications, and technical
documentation.
Present
technical progress and product updates to leadership.
Requirements
Required
Qualifications
7+
years of professional experience in software engineering.
Expert-level
proficiency in:

Strong
understanding of
