Responsibilities:

• Application Design and Development: Lead the development of advanced applications, writing efficient, maintainable code to support complex business requirements and process automation initiatives

• Collaboration and Requirement Analysis: Work closely with project teams, business units, and stakeholders to understand requirements, qualify specifications, and translate them into effective application solutions

• Testing, Debugging, and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure applications function as expected, meeting quality and performance standards

• Documentation and Compliance: Create and maintain detailed documentation of application architecture, code, and design changes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards

• Process Improvement and Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to existing applications based on user feedback and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and user experience.

• Mentorship and Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship to junior developers, supporting their growth and ensuring coding standards and best practices are upheld

• Code Review and Quality Control: Lead code reviews and quality checks to maintain high standards, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code reliability and maintainability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development, with a focus on complex projects and automation

• Advanced proficiency in programming languages relevant to the organization’s tech stack

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies

• Experience with code versioning, deployment practices, and quality assurance processes

• Must-Have Technical Skills- Programming & Frameworks,

  Front-End Development, Cross-Platform / Mobile Application Development, Database: Microsoft SQL Server, Software Engineering, Source Control & DevOps, Cloud

• English-Fluent
