Our client, a leading Software, Information and Communication Technologies company, operates internationally (Athens, Brussels, Luxembourg, Copenhagen, Stockholm, London, Nicosia, Hong-Kong, Valetta, etc). Our client is a renowned supplier of IT services to government institutions, multinational corporations, public administrations and multinational companies, research and academic institutes.



Our client currently has a vacancy for a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (Azure / Angular) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Luxembourg. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Requirements

• University degree combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• At least 10 years of hands on experience on enterprise applications solutions development or enterprise application integration solutions;
• At least 10 years of experience in C# (.NET) development;
• At least 10 years of experience with HTML and JavaScript;
• At least 5 years of experience in bespoke software development;
• At least 5 years of experience developing web applications using Angular 2+, ideally with BreezeJS integration;
• At least 5 years of experience designing, developing, and querying databases using SQL Server or Azure SQL;
• At least 5 years of experience deploying and maintaining .NET web applications on IIS;
• At least 5 years of experience working within Scrum or Agile project environments;
• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft TFS or Azure DevOps for project management, CI/CD, and source control;
• At least 5 years of experience using Git for version control and collaborative development;
• At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure, including cloud-based deployment and services;
• At least 4 years of experience applying UML for system and software design;
• At least 4 years of experience using Rational Unified Process (RUP) or similar methodologies;
• At least 3 years of experience in cloud development architecture and build/release automation pipelines;
• At least 2 years of experience in Java programming;
• At least 2 years of experience working with XML, XSLT, DTD, XML Schema (XSD), SOAP, and REST technologies.
• Excellent command of the English language and good knowledge of French.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on enterprise solution architectures, including best practices for custom component development, cloud-based components, and build/deployment processes;
• Analyze, design, and develop high-quality solution components aligned with business and technical requirements;
• Contribute to the analysis and implementation of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) across diverse information systems;
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support development and deployment activities;
• Participate in technical working groups, project meetings, and discussions with stakeholders and end-users to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
