Job Description

Senior Full-Stack Java Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Java Developer to join a complex IT transformation environment combining legacy systems and modern cloud-based architectures. The role focuses on modernizing critical business applications, reducing technical debt, improving scalability, and ensuring compliance with security standards such as NIS2.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance enterprise applications using modern Java technologies
  • Analyze technical specifications and propose efficient implementation solutions
  • Contribute to smaller technical analysis and development projects
  • Design and implement scalable microservices and API-driven architectures
  • Support integration between legacy and modern systems
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Provide technical guidance on integrations, data models, and architecture patterns
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot development
  • Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures
  • Knowledge of Angular or ReactJS
  • Experience with OpenShift, Docker, and containerized environments
  • Good understanding of relational databases and data modeling (MySQL)
  • Experience with Hibernate/JPA, Maven, Git, JUnit, Lombok
  • Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI, SonarQube, SOAP, and IBM WebSphere
  • Knowledge of resilient and high-availability architectures
  • Understanding of security and compliance standards such as NIS2
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
