Please note, this position is for one project, not an in-house position, so the social package, including benefits like sick leave, public holidays, days off, vacations, accounting and necessary equipment provision, is not covered by Selecto.

We're building an AI-powered event platform (AI Concierge, real-time translation, 3D avatar assistant, voice interaction) for a major international event. The AI backend and the Web/Mobile apps are being built by separate partner teams. We need one strong technical owner to integrate everything, keep the roadmap on track, and represent the technical side directly on partner calls.

This is not an architecture-only role. You will be hands-on: writing integration code, debugging across systems, and unblocking issues live on calls with partner teams.

Engagement: 5-6 months with the possibility of prolongation

Location: Remote (must overlap for live partner calls)

English Proficiency Level: Upper Intermediate+

Team composition: 2 Developers, 2 Designers, Account Manager, Stakeholders.

What You'll Own

• Integration - connect the AI backend (built by our AI team) with the Web + Mobile apps (built by partner teams)
• Foundation Layer - set up and harden the LLM gateway, RAG + vector store, AI translation engine, guardrail layer, content-sync pipeline, infrastructure and observability
• AI Concierge - chat interface (web + mobile) via tool-calling API, session recommendations,personalized agenda builder, dining recommendations and booking
• Travel & Itinerary - travel packages, itinerary suggestions, AI itinerary builder
• Real-time layer - AI matchmaking for networking, live UI/content translation, WebRTC streaming infrastructure, voice pipeline (STT + TTS + RAG), 3D avatar real-time rendering
• Delivery - full platform integration testing, QA sign-off, UAT completion, production deployment, documentation handover

Must-Have

• Strong backend engineering (Node.js or Python) with real API integration experience not frontend-only
• Practical, shipped experience with LLM/RAG systems (gateway routing, vector databases, prompt/guardrail design) not just experimentation
• WebRTC / real-time streaming experience
• Comfortable owning integration across 2–3 external teams simultaneously
• Strong communicator will join live partner calls, report status, and resolve blockers on the spot without hand-holding

Nice-to-Have

• 3D / avatar rendering pipeline experience
• Multi-language / localization systems experience
• Prior work on event-tech or travel-tech platforms
