We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who thrives in startup environments, takes ownership from idea to delivery, and enjoys solving complex product challenges.
You’ll work directly with Head of Engineering and a small, fast-moving team to
Ship new product features and improve core systems in React + Node.js.
Design and scale AI-driven workflows (automated video validation, creator content categorization, brand-creator matchmaking).
Set engineering standards improve processes, select the right tools, and raise the technical bar.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design on high-impact projects.
Participate in and lead code reviews, ensuring best practices in architecture, security, and performance.
Mentor teammates, support onboarding, and foster a strong engineering culture.
Take ownership of projects end-to-end, asking clarifying questions and proposing creative solutions.
Must-haves
3+ years experience building scalable fullstack apps.
Strong in TypeScript, React, Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL, AWS
Experience with AI/LLM tools (Make, n8n, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, etc.).
Startup mindset: ownership, adaptability, and product sense.
Proven ability to deliver projects end-to-end.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-haves 🆕
Background in mobile app development (helpful for future expansion).
Exposure to AI-driven video/content analysis
