Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site, Bay Area candidates strongly preferred)
Compensation: $179,000 $225,000 base salary + competitive equity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help shape the next generation of data-driven insights platforms. In this role, you'll work with cutting-edge algorithms and composite AI solutions, owning projects end-to-end while collaborating with an elite team of engineers and product leaders. Key Responsibilities
Architect, build, deploy, and optimize full-stack systems at scale.
Contribute across the stack with frontend and backend expertise.
Partner with product and design to translate complex requirements into seamless user experiences.
Ensure system scalability and reliability while driving technical excellence.
Mentor and support peers while maintaining strong individual contributor focus.
Qualifications
10+ years of full-stack engineering experience, spanning both startups and established companies.
Proven ability to own projects end-to-end in high-growth environments.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with React (or similar frameworks)
Backend expertise in Node.js, Python, or Go
Deep understanding of scalable system architecture (e.g., microservices, serverless).
Experience with PostgreSQL, Elastic, and data modeling
Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, and AWS (preferred)
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field.
Preferred Background
Experience as a founder, founding engineer, or technical leader demonstrating high initiative.
Comfort working in dynamic, early-stage environments with minimal structure.
Additional Details
Visa sponsorship and transfers available for the right candidate.
Hiring 1 to 2 engineers for this role.
On-site presence required, 5 days per week in San Francisco.
