This role sits at the intersection of product engineering, automation, and modern AI-augmented development within a fast-evolving real estate technology environment. You will design and build full-stack features powering internal platforms for finance, compliance, commissions, and transaction workflows that support high-impact business operations. Working in a remote-first, collaborative engineering culture, you will contribute across backend and frontend systems while shaping scalable architecture for complex workflows. Engineers in this role are expected to think beyond features, actively improving systems, integrations, and developer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering full-stack solutions that power internal real estate operational platforms, with a strong focus on scalability, automation, and reliability.

• Build and maintain end-to-end features across backend services and modern frontend applications supporting finance, compliance, and commission workflows
• Develop and integrate APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems to automate and streamline complex operational processes
• Design and optimize dashboards and internal tools that surface real-time business and operational insights
• Contribute to architecture decisions and data modeling for distributed transaction and workflow systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and drive automation across business processes
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while actively participating in code reviews and technical discussions
• Support continuous improvement of system scalability, reliability, and developer experience in a remote-first environment

Requirements:

You bring solid full-stack engineering experience, strong backend and frontend capabilities, and a mindset focused on building scalable, production-grade systems in a collaborative and remote environment.

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript for backend systems
• Hands-on experience with React or similar modern frontend frameworks
• Solid knowledge of Python and frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask
• Experience building APIs, integrating third-party services, and working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud environments, with AWS preferred
• Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and distributed system concepts
• Exposure to AI-augmented development tools and agent-based workflows (e.g., Claude Code or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to thrive in async, remote-first teams
