This role offers the opportunity to work on a mission-critical platform supporting the modernization of public-sector and HR-related systems used by government institutions. You will contribute to the evolution of a large-scale .NET-based application, focusing on improving security, performance, and maintainability while gradually modernizing legacy front-end components. The environment is highly technical and collaborative, involving close work with DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver stable and scalable solutions. You will play a key role in driving secure software practices, system refactoring, and cloud-based enhancements. This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys balancing hands-on development with architectural thinking and incremental modernization in complex systems. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and progressively modernizing a complex full-stack .NET application while ensuring security, performance, and scalability across all layers. You will contribute to both backend and frontend evolution, supporting long-term architectural improvements in a structured and controlled manner.
The ideal candidate has strong full-stack experience in .NET environments and a solid understanding of modern software engineering practices, secure development, and legacy system modernization. You are comfortable working in complex architectures and gradually improving systems without compromising stability.
