Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and Generative AI technologies to join a large-scale Digital Engineering team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications and hands-on expertise in designing and implementing Generative AI solutions using modern LLM frameworks and architectures. This role requires a strong engineering mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver end-to-end AI-enabled digital solutions within an Agile product engineering environment.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Full Stack applications using Node.js and React.js.
- Build secure, high-performance backend services and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.
- Develop responsive and reusable frontend applications using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript.
- Design and implement Generative AI-powered solutions leveraging modern LLM technologies and frameworks.
- Build and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and intelligent AI workflows.
- Develop AI-enabled applications utilizing embeddings, vector databases, agent frameworks, and multi-step prompting techniques.
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications through App-to-App (A2A) integrations and intelligent orchestration frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, and Software Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and maintainability following software engineering best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Full Stack and AI-enabled applications.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative engineering approaches.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across the engineering organization.
- Participate actively in Agile delivery ceremonies and engineering excellence initiatives.

Education
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
