Accountabilities:

As a Senior Full-stack Engineer, you will take ownership of key product initiatives, contribute to technical decisions, and help deliver reliable, scalable solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, solve complex problems, and continuously improve engineering practices.

• Own software projects end-to-end, from technical scoping and planning through development, testing, and release.
• Partner with product stakeholders to define priorities, estimate scope, and guide technical discussions.
• Design and implement efficient, reliable, and scalable software solutions using Elixir, React, and related technologies.
• Build and maintain high-quality features for a SaaS platform used by thousands of users.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical and customer-related issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of robust software.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
• Provide clear progress updates and maintain strong communication throughout development cycles.
• Promote engineering best practices around architecture, testing, design, and maintainability.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced full-stack engineer with strong backend expertise, a passion for building high-quality products, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.

• 5+ years of experience developing modern SaaS applications.
• Strong backend development experience with Elixir/Erlang or another functional programming language.
• Solid experience building front-end applications with React.
• Experience working with GraphQL APIs.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, including database design, query optimization, and efficient data access patterns.
• Experience taking ownership of complex engineering projects and delivering production-ready solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and QA teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to software quality.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Located in Latin America.
