Job Description

What we are looking for:

Backend-focused Software Engineer with strong full-stack capabilities, experienced in building scalable production systems from ambiguous business requirements, with emphasis on backend development using Python and frontend development using React.js, and integration of AI into real-world products.

Responsibilities:

• Act on ambiguous or high-level requirements, identifying the real problem and translating it into clear technical solutions;
• Evaluate risks, analyze trade-offs, define technical approaches, and justify decisions when needed;
• Build, deliver, and maintain solutions in production environments, ensuring stability and scalability;
• Handle production support, including debugging, incident resolution, and performance improvements;
• Develop backend solutions predominantly using Python (60–70%) while contributing to frontend development using React.js (30–40%);
• Integrate AI capabilities into production systems, addressing orchestration, high-throughput workloads, and scalability challenges;
• Collaborate with architects, senior engineers, and product/business stakeholders to define and evolve solutions;

Requirements and Qualifications:

• More than 5 years of professional experience in Software Engineering;
• Proven experience delivering and supporting applications in production environments;
• Strong knowledge of system design and software architecture principles;
• Experience with scalability, maintainability, and testing practices;
• Experience with release strategies, debugging, and production support;
• Solid experience with backend development using Python;
• Experience with frontend development using React.js;
• Experience integrating AI solutions into real products;
• Ability to work autonomously and quickly adapt to new environments;
• Product-oriented mindset, beyond feature-level implementation.
