Lead design and development of scalable systems for AI-driven matching and marketplace operations.
Own core platform components built with Ruby on Rails, React, and Python
Make key architectural decisions to enhance scalability, performance, and security.
Implement AI/ML integrations with data science and product teams.
Define best practices for code quality, testing, and system reliability.
Mentor engineers and champion technical excellence across teams.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails (expert level).
Minimum 10 years of experience with React.
Strong professional experience with Python (highly preferred).
3+ years in a senior or technical leadership role.
Proven track record designing and deploying distributed, high-traffic systems.
Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and data-driven platforms.
Excellent technical communication and collaboration skills.
Stable work history with long-term project ownership.
U.S.-based; no visa sponsorship available.
Preference for candidates from top technical universities or equivalent experience.
