Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with the United AI Studio engineering teams to help solve business problem
• Design, implement, test, deploy and maintain innovative software solutions to transform service performance, durability, cost, and security
• Use software engineering best practices to ensure a high standard of quality for all of the team's deliverables
• Write high quality distributed system software
• Decompose complex problems into simple, straight-forward solutions
• Perform code review and mentor junior engineers
• Be flexible, adapting to meet the needs of the team, project, or product
• Solicit differing views and are willing to change your mind as you learn more
• Mentor junior engineers
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 5+ years industry experience as a Software Engineer or a Software Developer
• Experience working in a complex, service-oriented service development
• Experience in working with engineering leaders
• Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, testing, and operations
• Good knowledge of technology stack like Java (Spring Boot), REST APIs, Python
• Good understanding of the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling)
• Proficiency in cloud platforms and services (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Solid computer science and development fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using terraform or other CI/CD IaC
• Any knowledge or working experience on AI/ML projects
