What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high performance.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance user experience and functionality.
- Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Engage in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in a collaborative environment.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, databases, and application architecture.
- Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Preferred
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
