Job Description


As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of robust, scalable applications across the full technology stack.

  • Architect both backend and frontend components with a focus on performance, security, and user experience.

  • Develop high-quality server-side logic and services using Java (version 11 and above).

  • Deliver intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces using modern technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js (SAPUI5 is a plus).

  • Design and implement seamless integration with third-party services and APIs.

  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

  • Manage and optimize application performance and observability using tools like Prometheus, Micrometer, and Dynatrace.

  • Contribute to improving coding standards, conducting thorough code reviews, and enhancing development best practices.

  • Work collaboratively in an Agile Scrum environment alongside cross-functional teams.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 8+ years of experience in developing production-grade applications using Java (version 11 or higher).

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of integration design patterns, particularly in microservices or event-driven architectures.

  • Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and integrating them with frontend components.

  • Solid experience in both SQL and NoSQL databases; SAP HANA experience is a plus.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms like GCP, Azure, AWS, or SAP BTP (including Cloud Foundry and Kyma runtimes).

  • Practical experience in observability, performance monitoring, and high availability cloud application operations.

  • Familiarity with OData protocol is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluent English in writing and speaking.

  • Build secure, maintainable, and scalable full stack applications with a deep understanding of both backend and frontend technologies.

  • Design and integrate microservices, APIs, and external systems effectively.

  • Optimize applications for performance and ensure reliability in production environments.

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver with high quality.

  • Lead code reviews, mentor team members, and uphold engineering best practices.

  • Function seamlessly in Agile Scrum teams, contributing proactively across sprints.
