Primary Functions and Tasks:
Drive innovation across the ABS+ product by identifying and implementing modern technologies and intelligent solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend, backend, and database components.
Build and enhance .NET REST APIs, business services, and enterprise integrations.
Design reusable, maintainable, and high-performing application architectures.
Leverage AI technologies to automate processes, improve user experiences, and create new product capabilities.
Design, develop, and optimize AI use cases, AI Agents, and prompt-driven workflows.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to keep the product modern and competitive.
Optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and application performance.
Support cloud, platform, framework, and database upgrade initiatives.
Drive CI/CD, DevOps automation, and engineering best practices.
Investigate complex technical issues and provide sustainable solutions.
Mentor team members and contribute to technical leadership within the development team.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
Ensure high standards for quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
We are looking for:
5+ years of experience in full stack development using .NET and modern frontend technologies.
Strong expertise in C#, .NET, REST APIs, SQL Server, and software architecture.
Experience building scalable and maintainable enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of design patterns, system integration, and software engineering best practices.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to transform business requirements into reliable technical solutions.

AI & Innovation Skills
Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-driven software solutions.
Experience with Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and Agentic AI concepts.
Ability to design and implement AI use cases that create measurable business value.
Knowledge of RAG, semantic search, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.
Strong awareness of Responsible AI, security, and data privacy principles.
Passion for exploring and adopting emerging AI technologies.
Nice to Have
Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets.
Experience with Angular, TypeScript, or similar frontend frameworks.
