The Role

We’re expanding our Product Development team and looking for two Senior Full Stack Developers to help build the next generation of production-grade AI products.

You’ll work on high-impact codebases including:

• An enterprise generative AI platform (multi-tenant SaaS) used by customers and internal teams
• A growing suite of agentic AI assistants that automate complex, real-world tasks

This is a hands-on senior engineering role. You’ll ship meaningful code every week, lead technical decisions on complex features, mentor juniors, and raise the bar for quality, security, and operability across both our Python/Flask and TypeScript/Vue codebases.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design and delivery of non-trivial features end-to-end — from architecture to production
• Drive technical decisions and recommend clear, value-focused solutions
• Mentor and uplift junior developers through pairing, code review, and coaching
• Champion automated testing (unit, integration, E2E, accessibility, and AI evals)
• Use advanced AI tooling daily (agentic CLIs, IDE assistants, AI code review, AI-generated tests) and help improve team practices
• Own non-functional excellence: security, performance, observability, cost, and accessibility
• Ship confidently using feature flags, safe rollouts, and strong deployment practices
• Quickly become effective across both our Python and TypeScript stacks

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong production experience in Python/Flask and/or TypeScript/React/Vue (Quasar)
• Solid system design skills — clean architecture, API design, data modelling (Postgres + CosmosDB)
• Hands-on expertise with automated testing across the stack (Playwright, Vitest, Jest, pytest)
• Real fluency with modern AI-augmented development workflows
• Strong Azure experience (or equivalent cloud depth + quick learner) — App Service, CosmosDB, Key Vault, Entra ID, Application Insights
• A security-first and observability mindset in multi-tenant environments
• Mentoring or technical leadership experience (formal or informal)
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, Mastra, Azure OpenAI, RAG, vector DBs, evals), monorepos (Nx), and trunk-based development. (Not a must)
