About the role:
We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer to help build future‑proof products that connect international applications with the Belgian payroll landscape. Working closely with colleagues in Mauritius and Belgium, you’ll collaborate in an agile, knowledge‑sharing environment where innovation and quality matter.
You will develop new features and maintain our in‑house integration tools using .NET and Angular, taking ownership of your work and solving complex technical challenges.
Which tasks can you expect?
Develop new features for integration solutions linking international data with Belgian payroll systems.
Build and maintain full‑stack applications using C#/.NET, ASP.NET, Angular, SQL, and Azure DevOps.
Ensure stability, scalability, and clean design of existing codebases.
Take end‑to‑end ownership of the functionalities you deliver.
Provide 3rd‑level support and troubleshoot complex issues.
Collaborate with team members to design the best technical and functional solutions.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to continuous improvement.
What do you have to offer?
Technical Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in full‑stack development, including:
NET (C#)
ASP.NET web api en ASP.NET MVC
Angular (front‑end development)
SQL
Git & Azure DevOps
Experience with Visual Studio development tools.
Solid understanding of designing scalable and data‑driven solutions.
Knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies.
Strong communication skills and confident in English (C-level)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Technology, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
Problem‑solving mindset, analytical thinking, and team‑oriented attitude.
Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment.
