Job Description

Main purpose

We are looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Rapid Application Development team. You will be responsible for end-to-end web application development, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven trading environment, where you can make a direct impact on the industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy full-stack web applications, focusing on both front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and remote teams.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Contribute to an Agile development process, ensuring timely delivery of new features and improvements.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet project deadlines
  • Provide regular status reports and escalate risks or concerns to your team lead.

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in hands on software development – both front and back end.
  • Advanced level of Spanish, oral and written, or equivalent to C2.
  • Strong level of English, oral and written, equivalent to B2.
  • Frontend: Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript or CSS, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Blazor.
  • Backend: Strong experience with C#, Java, or Python, and frameworks like Spring MVC, ASP.NET, or Django.
  • Database: Expertise in writing efficient queries for RDBMS like Oracle.
  • API Development: Experience working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cloud Services: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Version Control: Proficiency in Git-based platforms (GitHub, GitLab).
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or Travis CI.

Preferred qualifications

  • Technical leadership experience is a plus.
  • Availability to work full – time with a hybrid work model.

Deployment & Scaling: Work with IT teams to deploy and scale applications based on performance demands.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks and performance bottlenecks.
