Job Description

1. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performance web applications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers, to deliver quality solutions.
3. Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their technical skills and best practices.
4. Ensure the security, performance, and maintainability of applications.
5. Work with DevOps tools to optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

Required Skills:

1. Front-end Technology: Expertise in JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, and frameworks like React.js, Angular, and jQuery.
2. Back-end Development: Strong command of PHP (Laravel), NodeJS, and Python.
3. Development Languages: Experience with server-side languages such as Java and Ruby is a plus.
4. Database & Cache Management: Proficiency in MySQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, and caching tools like Redis, Memcached, and Varnish.
5. DevOps & Cloud: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
6. Basic UI/UX Understanding: Ability to work with UI/UX teams and implement responsive design.
7. Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a similar role, with a proven track record of building and maintaining web applications.
