We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, modernize, and support enterprise-grade digital platforms and mission-critical business applications. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership across frontend, backend, integration, cloud-native deployment, and DevOps practices.

The successful candidate will translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions, establish reusable engineering standards, contribute to architecture governance, and mentor development teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Your Role

Full Stack Engineering & Solution Design

1. Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available full stack applications.
2. Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs, architecture decisions, and delivery plans.
3. Build cloud-native solutions using microservices, stateless service patterns, containerization, and API-first principles.
4. Contribute to solution architecture reviews, technology selection, engineering standards, and platform roadmaps.
5. Remain hands-on in coding, troubleshooting, technical spikes, and resolution of complex production issues.

Frontend Engineering

1. Develop responsive Single Page Applications using Python, React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern web standards.
2. Build reusable component libraries and design systems using tools such as Tailwind CSS, Radix, or ShadCN.
3. Implement role-based dashboards, accessible interfaces, reusable state and data-fetching patterns, and responsive workflows.
4. Optimize frontend performance, usability, maintainability, browser compatibility, and accessibility.

Backend, APIs & Workflow Automation

1. Design and develop backend services and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, or NestJS.
2. Build REST and SOAP services, enterprise integration layers, background processing, and event-driven workflows.
3. Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control, audit logging, idempotency, and exception handling.
4. Design configurable business workflows, approval processes, task orchestration, and regulatory process automation.

Enterprise Integration & Data

1. Integrate internal platforms, external service providers, and enterprise applications.
2. Implement synchronous and asynchronous integrations using REST, SOAP, or equivalent messaging technologies.
3. Design data models and persistence services using PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Oracle, MySQL, or equivalent relational databases.
4. Apply sound practices for transactions, data integrity, query optimization, integration resiliency, and failure recovery.
5. Have very good understanding of transaction and analytical data models.

Cloud, DevOps & Operational Excellence

1. Package and deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Helm.
2. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent platforms.
3. Implement structured logging, monitoring, alerting, health checks, and operational dashboards.
4. Improve release reliability through automated build, test, security scanning, deployment, and rollback practices.
5. Contribute to infrastructure automation and environment consistency using Infrastructure as Code where applicable.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

1. Mentor engineers, conduct code and design reviews, and promote consistent software engineering practices.
2. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and release teams.
3. Lead technical estimation, sprint planning, dependency management, risk resolution, and delivery governance.
4. Produce clear architecture decisions, technical documentation, API specifications, operational runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.

AI-Assisted Engineering

1. Use approved AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery productivity, documentation, testing, and code quality.
2. Establish governed AI-assisted workflows that retain human review, security, compliance, traceability, and intellectual property controls.
3. Assess emerging engineering tools and recommend practical adoption patterns aligned with enterprise standards.

Your Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
2. Software engineering experience, and proven experience delivering full stack applications.
3. Proven delivery of enterprise-scale, high-availability, or mission-critical digital platforms.
4. Hands-on experience building cloud-native and microservices-based solutions.
5. Experience leading technical delivery, mentoring engineers, and working in Agile environments.
6. Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
7. Must have experience with mobile application development and responsive application development.
8. Experience with content management systems is good to have.

Capability Expected experience

Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SPA architecture, responsive UI, component-driven design

Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, Node.js, NestJS or Express.js, microservices

APIs & Integration: REST, SOAP, API design, asynchronous messaging, event-driven architecture, IBM MQ or Oracle AQ

Data: PostgreSQL, Oracle or MySQL, relational modeling, SQL performance tuning, transaction management

Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift, Helm, GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins, logging and monitoring

Engineering Practices: Git, code reviews, design patterns, automated testing, secure coding, Agile delivery, technical documentation
