Job Description

Our Client is currently hiring a Senior Full Stack & Cloud Developer to join their amazing team
Who are they looking for?
Highly productive Software Engineering professional with solid experience in the Microsoft corporate ecosystem (.NET / SQL Server) and fluency in leading modern front-end frameworks (React / Vue / TypeScript). Standout expertise includes full autonomy in Azure Cloud environments (End-to-End capability) and advanced use of AI-Assisted Development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as productivity and prototyping accelerators. You should be strongly focused on efficiency, automation, and delivering business value with a fast time-to-market.

Technical Skills Matrix (Core Stack)

  • Backend: C#, .NET Core / .NET (6/7/8), ASP.NET Web API, Clean Architecture, CQRS.
  • Databases: SQL Server, Entity Framework Core (EF Core), Dapper, Query Optimization.
  • Frontend: TypeScript, React (Hooks, Context API, Zustand), Vue.js (Composition API, Pinia).
  • Cloud (Azure): Azure App Services, Azure Functions (Serverless), Azure SQL, Azure Key Vault, Blob Storage.
  • DevOps & Git: GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure Pipelines).
  • AI Tools (Dev): Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Prompt Engineering for Automation/Prototyping.

Competitive Advantages & 'Nice to Have'

  • Strong conceptual knowledge and/or practical experience transitioning from monoliths to distributed systems and Event-Driven Architectures.
  • Messaging: Knowledge of asynchronous communication patterns using Azure Service Bus or RabbitMQ.
  • Containerization: Practical experience with isolated development using Docker and core concepts of cloud orchestration (Azure Container Apps / AKS).
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Basic understanding of automated provisioning with Bicep or Terraform.

  • AI-Multiplied Productivity: Does not simply use AI to generate code but acts as a "critical auditor", ensuring the quality, security, and validation of the generated architecture while mitigating technical hallucination risks.
  • Business Value Focus: Pragmatic approach to development (KISS culture). Designs scalable solutions focused on solving real-world problems and optimizing business processes, avoiding technical waste (overengineering).
  • FinOps Culture & Observability:
    Native awareness of cloud infrastructure costs and proficiency in utilizing monitoring tools (e.g., Application Insights) to ensure high availability.

  • System Modernization: Projects requiring migration or evolution of legacy .NET applications into modern Front-end and Cloud-Native architectures.
  • High-Performance Teams / Startups: Environments requiring complete autonomy (designing the database, exposing the API, building the interface, and deploying to production in Azure).
  • Rapid Prototyping Projects (R&D): Initiatives looking to validate MVPs in the market in record time using agile methodologies and AI.
