Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Full-stack AI engineer with solid-level experience who has worked with Python, Pytorch or Tensorflow. Our team handles multiple projects using cutting-edge models in LLM, NLP, computer vision, among others.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and apply AI/ML to existing systems.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain production AI/ML systems.
- Work with data processing, extraction and other tasks in ETL pipelines.
- Support back-end development for AI and data related features.
Requirements
Must have
- 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience building production-grade solutions.
- Strong experience with Transformers, embeddings, LLMs, CNNs, and modern ML architectures.
- Proven experience with LLMs and RAG, including development and optimization of AI-powered applications.
- 3+ years of Python backend development experience.
- Strong experience with NumPy, Pandas, PySpark, or similar data processing tools.
- Experience deploying ML models to production using Docker, FastAPI, or similar technologies.
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Experience with MLOps, including model deployment, automated evaluation, monitoring, and model drift detection.
- Experience researching and evaluating state-of-the-art AI/ML models.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with API development.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
