Key Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Operational Management: Oversee daily hub operations, including sorting, loading, and routing, to ensure high-quality and timely deliveries.
Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate operational databases, track orders, and generate daily/weekly performance reports.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and motivate a team of delivery associates, coordinators,
Rider/Driver Coordination: Monitor rider activity, optimize routes, and ensure timely deliveries.
Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, vehicle efficiency, and productivity.
Customer Experience: Resolve escalated customer issues and inquiries professionally.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company protocols, cycle count, safety standards, and local regulations, including vehicle safety inspections and safe cash handling.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity.
Customer Support: Resolve delivery issues, handle exceptions, returns, and communicate with customers.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Education: A graduate with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields. Should have completed NYSC.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) or Google Sheets is required.
Physical Ability: Capability to stand for long periods and can lift to 20kg.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or long shifts, in a fast-paced environment.
Work-days: Mondays to Saturdays (6 days a week)
