web applications and play a crucial role in bringing the vision to life!

We are ContiTrade, the fast-moving and agile trade organization of Continental. With over 1500 own

branches and franchise partners we offer high quality products and car services across EMEA.

You will develop appealing front-end web design and use your expertise to build and add to best-in-class

web solutions for our customers. This role allows you to be a part of a development team and the

opportunity to influence in other key projects inside our organization. Our team is using Adobe Experience

Manager as our central eCommerce platform for our marketing activities of our customer facing brands like

BestDrive by Continental.

What awaits you?

  • Develop and implement frontend components or requested new features according to a written specification in CMS Adobe Experience Manager and/or JavaScript Framework (e.g. React, Angular, LitJS) for customer-facing websites.
  • Provide operational support for the frontend applications, including bug investigation, issue resolution, maintenance activities, and continuous improvements.
  • Lead agile ceremonies like refinements and sprint planning in order to refine changes described by PO and plan them accordingly• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional front-end code.
  • Create technical concepts as part of feature refinements
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or similar) to accelerate frontend development and improve code quality.
  • Effectively integrate AI into the development lifecycle while maintaining high standards for code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate closely with external development teams and UX/UI designers to implement integrated technical solutions and design concepts.
  • Technical contact for internal and external teams to clarify integration topics or other questions that need alignment.

Qualifications

What should you bring along?

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology or similar.
  • Professional experience in web development (senior level) / frontend technologies.
  • Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) frontend development is a plus.
  • Experience in agile methodologies (SCRUM, KanBan, SaFe).
  • Experience in leading development teams is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
