Join our team as a Senior Frontend Software Engineer and help shape the future of consumer healthcare navigation. Working with an industry leader in care coordination, you will lead the evolution of high-scale, mission-critical React.js platforms that serve millions of members.
This role is an opportunity to apply your technical mastery to a product that directly improves the health and financial well-being of users by delivering seamless, high-performance web experiences with validated impact.
Define the overall structure of the MVP (frontend–backend integration, hosting, deployment).
Choose appropriate frameworks, libraries, and cloud services that allow quick delivery without overengineering.
Implement key features that showcase product value to the sales team (demo workflows, integrations, sample data).
Ensure the site is responsive, usable, and polished enough for customer-facing demos.
Write maintainable, well-structured code even under MVP timelines.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with React.js.
Solid understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex, or Pinia).
Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines, tools, and workflows (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Testing Library).
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Nice to have skills:
Familiarity with GraphQL.
Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation.
Exposure to CI/CD (AWS S3, CloudFront, Route53).
Knowledge of design systems and component libraries (e.g., Material UI, TailwindCSS).
Understanding of accessibility (a11y) and SEO best practices.
