About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior React Architecture who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications and driving frontend architecture decisions. You will take full ownership of the user interface, lead frontend strategy, and shape reusable component libraries and design patterns across the product.

This is a senior-level role for someone who understands modern JavaScript, performance optimization, complex states, large-scale frontend architecture, and systems thinking. If you want to build world-class user experiences in a fast-paced engineering environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain advanced React applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Own critical frontend modules and deliver high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code.

• Take part in high-impact product decisions, frontend architecture planning, and UI/UX collaboration.

• Write clean, modular, well-documented code using modern JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6+, and React best practices.

• Build reusable component libraries, hooks, and shared utils to improve development efficiency.

• Improve application performance using advanced techniques such as memoization, virtualization, and lazy loading.

• Integrate complex REST APIs, WebSocket, GraphQL, and state management solutions.

• Establish coding standards, review PRs, and mentor junior developers.

• Work closely with Design, Product, and Backend teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.

• Identify and resolve UI/UX issues, performance bottlenecks, and frontend defects.

Required Technical Skills: 7+ years of professional experience in the React.js ecosystem.

Expert-level skills in:

• React.js, React Hooks, Context API

• Redux Toolkit / MobX / Zustand or equivalent state management

• TypeScript and advanced JavaScript concepts

• Component-driven architecture + reusable UI systems

• Routing, dynamic rendering, client-side rendering strategies

Deep understanding of:

• Web performance optimization and front-end design patterns

• Modular and scalable UI design

• Responsive design, grid systems, and cross-browser compatibility

• Async programming, Promises, events, fetch/axios

Strong experience with:

• Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind, Styled Components, CSS-in-JS

• WebSockets, REST APIs, GraphQL

• Build tools like Webpack, Vite, Babel, or Turbopack

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Experience with Next.js or other SSR frameworks.

• Experience with micro-frontend architecture.

• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).

• Experience building dashboards, multi-tenant applications, or enterprise systems.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud deployment, or DevOps.

• Self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of complex solutions.

• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
