Job Description

The Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with React expertise to join our team on one of our projects for a leading organization in the consumer healthcare navigation sector.

You have the chance to help create a next-generation, AI-enabled healthcare navigation platform. This is a unique opportunity to write code that directly improves the lives of millions by making healthcare more accessible, intuitive, and personalized.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams in delivering complex features securely and effectively

  • Implement key features that showcase product value to the sales team (demo workflows, integrations, sample data).

  • Ensure the site is responsive, usable, and polished enough for customer-facing demos.

  • Write maintainable, well-structured code.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

  • Hands-on experience with React.js 18.2 or later versions

  • Solid understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex, or Pinia).

  • Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines, tools, and workflows (Vite).

  • Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs

  • Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

  • Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Testing Library).

  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have skills:

  • Strong advantage: GraphQL, atomic state libraries (jotai, zustand, recoil).

  • Experience with large size react repositories.

  • Experience with simple CI/CD tasks (Github actions, AWS, s3, CloudFront, Route53)

  • Knowledge of design systems and component libraries (e.g., Shadcn, TailwindCSS).

  • Understanding of accessibility (a11y) and SEO best practices.

  • Experience with developing secure frontend solutions that handle personally identifiable and health-related information.

  • Understanding of GDPR, HIPAA information handling.

  • Experience with WebPack and Babel.

  • Experience integrating 3rd party APIs.

  • Experience with Vue.js, Next,.JS, React Native.

  • Salary range: 3600 - 5900 EUR gross/month (Note: the specific amount will depend on your experience and competencies.)
