Role: Sr Front End Developer

Exp Range : 7 to 12 years

Work Location : Bangalore(Hybrid)

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with 5–8+ years of frontend development experience and strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will lead the development of scalable React applications, drive technical implementation, optimize frontend performance, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring high standards of quality and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable React applications and reusable UI components.
• Lead technical implementation of new features, conduct code reviews, and ensure engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and improve frontend architecture.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions, estimations, and sprint planning.
• Drive complex features independently from design through production.
• Promote continuous improvement, quality, and maintainability of the frontend platform.
