inHANCE Utilities Solutions offers specialized software designed to tackle the unique needs of small-to-mid sized utility companies. With over 45 years of experience and more than 550 utility clients, we have a deep understanding of the complexities of utility operations and the distinct requirements of each community. Our affordable, reliable tools help manage customer information, billing procedures, and operational processes, enabling utilities to enhance efficiencies and streamline workflows, whileremainingcost-effective and user-friendly. The Position

The division is looking forSeniorFrontendDeveloper Architectto lead the evolution of user experience across our enterprise SaaS platform in the utilities industry.This role is ideal for an experienced frontend engineer who enjoys ownership, architecture, and building modern user interfaces thatimpactreal-world customers at scale.

You will be the primary frontend specialist working alongside a small, high-impact team delivering innovation initiatives including a next-generation utility payment portal and a modernization of our core customer information system (CIS).

The chosen individuals will work out of the ContourSoftware Karachi /Lahore / Islamabadresourcecenter office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 7+ years frontend development experience

• Strongexpertisein React or Angular

• Experience building enterprise SaaS applications

• Proven ability to design scalable frontend architecture

• Experience designing orcontributing to a design system.

• Strong CSS and responsive design skills

• Experience working independently or as the primary frontend engineer

• Experience collaborating with UX/design teams

• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives

• Experience integrating with backend APIs

• Strong problem-solvingskills

• Strongwriting and speakingcommunication skills

• Strong criticalbehaviortraits includingOwnership,ProductThinking,Self-Direction,Maturity,pragmatism,DesignCollaboration,DocumentationDiscipline, Systems Thinking and Calm Problem Solver.

• Own frontend architecture and technical direction

• Design and implement modern, scalable UI solutions
