Job Description
In compliance to ISO standards 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015and ISO 45001:2023
Your Challenge
You will work at the intersection of technology, product development, and operations, helping to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performing user interfaces for software that supports core intralogistics processes. This includes solutions used to manage and optimize warehouse operations, process execution, and the digital control of logistics workflows. You will do this in an international project environment, collaborating with diverse teams across markets and operational contexts. This role is especially relevant for someone who understands that software in intralogistics must not only be technically robust, but also intuitive, efficient, and reliable in day-to-day operations.
In addition, we are looking for someone with strong UI/UX expertise who understands how to design enterprise software that is both functional and easy to use in complex operational settings. You should be able to combine architectural thinking with a strong understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and the common UI/UX tools and methods used to create effective digital products.
Your role in our team:
- Define and evolve the frontend architecture for applications built with Blazor or comparable frontend frameworks.
- Establish technical standards, architectural principles, and best practices for frontend development across teams.
- Advise development teams and stakeholders on architecture decisions, component strategies, maintainability, and frontend governance.
- Drive improvements in performance, responsiveness, and usability for business-critical applications in intralogistics.
- Bring a strong UI/UX perspective into frontend architecture decisions to ensure intuitive, efficient, and user-centered enterprise applications.
- Collaborate closely with product management, UX/UI, backend teams, solution architects, and domain experts.
- Support the design of reusable UI patterns, shared components, and scalable frontend structures for enterprise software in warehouse and intralogistics environments.
- Contribute to interaction design, user flows, screen structure, and frontend concepts that improve usability in operational software.
- Work confidently with common UI/UX tools and collaborate effectively in design-to-development workflows.
- Translate business and operational requirements from the intralogistics domain into robust technical concepts.
- Contribute architectural guidance for solutions supporting warehouse operations, intralogistics process execution, material flow control, and logistics workflows.
- Review implementations and provide hands-on recommendations where appropriate.
- Identify risks, technical debt, and optimization opportunities early in the delivery lifecycle.
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in frontend architecture or senior frontend engineering roles.
- Strong practical knowledge of Blazor or similar frontend frameworks and modern frontend design principles.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, component-based design, and scalable application structures.
- Proven experience in defining technical standards and guiding engineering teams in complex software environments.
- Strong focus on performance, usability, code quality, and long-term maintainability.
- Strong practical experience in UI/UX, including interaction design, user flows, information architecture, and designing intuitive enterprise interfaces.
- Experience with common UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or comparable solutions, and confidence in working within modern design systems and design-to-development processes.
- Experience working effectively in cross-functional and international project environments with developers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Ideally, strong domain knowledge in intralogistics, including warehouse management, warehouse execution, material flow, automation, or adjacent industrial software domains.
- Experience with software products used in intralogistics, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or automation environments.
- Familiarity with frontend requirements in operational software, where clarity, reliability, and efficiency are essential.
- Experience with C# is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and advisory skills with the ability to explain technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent English skills; German is a plus.
